I've downloaded several different versions of the .zip
files from different mirrors. WinRar and XP pros built
in decompression utilities both sat the files are
corrupt. I can download any other .zip file and it
works just fine. What gives?

works fine for me (and I assume about 8000 others since this
is the first report)

How big is the file you pulled down? The zip file is about 6MB.

It's easy to right-click and do a "save as" from the
download page. You need to click that it pulls up a page
with the actual download.
