tv_grab_uk --configure gives out of date channel ids (eg BBC Four is
called 'knowledge.bbc.co.uk') but the channels themselves are up to
date, or at least as up-to-date as the site fetched from.  I have kept
the ids unchanged out of some spurious sense of backwards
compatibility.  A future version of the file format will allow
multiple ids per channel, and before then I will change tv_grab_uk to
list the channel *names* to the user (as was always the intention) so
it won't be so confusing.
