I'm only a user of XMLTV (which I use to populate my MythTV listings), but it's good to know that there is now a formal way of reporting feed bugs via your discussion group, rather than what I think was a more informal relationship between Nick Morrott and someone at the RT. Nick's in the best position to talk technical, but in answer to your blog post, yes, maybe it would be good to modernise the feed format, and maybe incorporate some or all of the fixups that are post-processed in tv_grab_uk_rt via http://supplement.xmltv.org/tv_grab_uk_rt/prog_titles_to_process in the source data. I like the idea of linking to iPlayer etc. too. Sometimes a recording fails, and it would be nice in that situation if I could somehow click on something in MythTV which would pull up the iPlayer etc. URL (obviously that would require MythTV support).
