The current (0.3) implementation assumes all XML-RPC
servers are serving the requests from the /RPC2
directory. Perhaps it was meant like that from the
standard but the reality is that many out there have
the server installed in some other path. For example
newsisfree.com serves it from /RPC rather than /RPC2
I have already modified 0.3 to add the serverPath
method, by default it assumes /RPC2 which is used
in the header, unless xmlrpm::serverPath is called
with the new server path ie. /RPC or something else.
There is something else happening that makes it not
to work with newsisfree.com though...
Also the documentation regarding the creation of
the package index is very outdated I guess, there was
no way to create it like that in Red Hat 7.2 which uses
Tcl/Tk 8.3
Is this project being maintained? or has it reached
a dead end?

I want to use XML-RPC between a TCL/tk client and a zope server.
It seems to be the same probleme when I want to call methods
in my own product.
the Zope XML-RPC server are serving the requests from the
directory of the product.
