Summary: Application doesn't startup
Initial Comment:
Due to the threaded nature of the AbstractDocument, it
can happen that this causes the application to stop
resplonding when starting up.
The solution might be to create all JEditorPane's after
the application has been started.

Load Java Panel later (only when visible), and no longer set
the application visible when running unit tests.
This has made this issue less important.
