Hello everyone,

I am currently working with XMLA Connect to establish a connection between an Excel PivotTable and an OLAP data source. The setup seems to be partially working, but I’m facing some challenges when trying to retrieve and display cube data correctly inside Excel.

The connection to the data source appears successful, but the PivotTable does not always load all dimensions and measures as expected. In some cases, the hierarchy structure is missing or appears incomplete, and refreshing the data does not resolve the issue.

I have verified that the XMLA endpoint is accessible and that the ODBO provider is installed correctly. However, I’m not sure if there are additional configuration steps required on the client side or within XMLA Connect itself to ensure full compatibility with Excel PivotTables.

Has anyone encountered similar issues or can suggest best practices for stable OLAP cube integration using XMLA Connect? Any guidance on debugging or configuration would be greatly appreciated.
