First state of GradingManager-Howto

Added keep alive / time out behaviour to prevent the server from blocking if an abnormal exit occured client sided.

If the server does not receive a keep alive every 15 seconds it will discard all changes made in the actual session. The session is destroyed and the model reloaded. This will happen after 75 seconds.

Began with the HowTo fpor the GraingManager...

Basic functionality.

Server may be started by 'java -classpath jdom.jar:xercesImpl.jar:$CLASSPATH de.fhworms.ztt.nettransporter.administration.server.ServerStarter'

Client main class is Nettransporter.
Client allows:
- adding, changing and deleting of users and passwords
- restoring of older user data (if available)
- storage of connection data at client machine as AES ciphered file

Not yet implemented are:
- Server timeout when clients aborts unexpected
- Restart of NetT Server by listening on an appropriate port
