Commit [r2557]  Maximize  Restore  History

Added new functionality to the ExamGenerator:

Add image to the Problems.
It will be loaded from an ImageFile encoded to a String
[--> package codec from nettransporter copied]
and stored into the xml-File of the ProblemCatalog.
