There has ocurred problems through deleting/
editing exam-/ repositoryCatalogs (on Windows).
Problems ocurres because reader/ writer and inputstreams in the
ProblemCatalog/ PrintThread has not been closed.
This failures has been removed.
Editing a directory with subdirectory/ problemcatalogs
do already fails(on Windows).
