XML-Print Webservice

Added basic SaveAs functionality to the RepositoryEditor.

Additional settings added.

This is hopefully the final 0.1 release of the RepositoryEditor.
This version offers some basic functionality, such as:
open a ProblemCatalog,
create new, delete, save, cut, copy, paste and edit Problems and Answers.

Added clone() method that returns a shallow copy of this Problem instance.
Added setAnswer(Answer answer, int index) method that sets an answer at the
specified index.
