CppDOM 0.7.10 has been posted to SourceForge. This release includes three=
important improvements:
* A bug in the parsing of empty XML comments has been fixed
* The Flagpoll .fpc file is ready for use on Windows
* The Windows installation structure allows switching between the
optimized and debug-enabled DLL (both linked against the Visual C++
release runtime) by changing PATH
