[Xml-cppdom-info] CppDOM 0.6.3 released

Aron Bierbaum discovered a bug when using 'cppdom-config --basedir' from
CppDOM 0.6.2 on 64-bit architectures. We fixed it, and there is now a 0.6=
=2E3
release available for download. As before, there are several RPMs built, =

I will get to the Windows builds as soon as I can.
