#85 Auto-Create required elements and attributes

Hi,

I am missing the functionality that required child elements and attributes are automatically added to a new element if there is a schema or DTD attached to the file.

Yes, this is an important one and shouldn't be too difficult to implement.

Will try to look at this for 1.0.9.7 but can't give a firm promise yet.
