On Linux with en and en_GB locales at every startup a dialog appears:
"Cannot set locale to 'en_US'"

Changing default locale to en fixes this for me. Patch attached.

(If anyone uses this if you have previously run xmlcopyeditor you should remove ~/.xmlcopyeditor first)
