This is a big draw back right now - the process to integrate annotations is poor. Should be more guided and customizable. Should expose the process further to make the process more transparent.
Once annotations are integrated their should be a similar DB insight tool suite like we have for primary data

Latest release makes makes great strides in this area.
Rather than specifying so much information - integration is just a click away. This relies on the fies existing, which is my next big issue.
Performance issues have been addressed throughout this process, now integrating large files in < 10 seconds
