#10 Persist user defined file location between sessions

This is currently hard coded which makes life easy, but will be a big deployment problem.

Should allow the user to define file locations

I've exposed this data to the user from the data=> options page.
Matthew correctly noted that this isn't currently persisted between sessions which would be better.
