#13 Missing ODES X'=0 for GRN type reactions

When a GRN (User, Hill, NHCA, SSystem, etc.) of the form A |--> B is interpreted, no ODE is generated for A unless A appears in another reaction. To force the ODE A'=0 to be added to the system one must manually add the reaction {A --> A, 1} as a workaround. Version 12-04-085.
