What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Set "Preserve Subdirectory structures" on, set "Subdirectory search depth" to 0, 5 or any other value. Set "Delete original files after successful conversation" and "Warn when starting" on.
2. Try to convert files (from .flac to .aiff in different subfolders with either drag'n'drop or using File -> Open -> Select the folders all subfolders are in
3. Scan doesn't "find" every folder, only some are put in the progress list and get converted. Folders which can or can not be found are always the same, even if dragging a single folder which weren't found before to XLD it won't scan and/or find the files in it. Only selecting all files in a folder and dragging them to XLD works. Also,

How about the reproducibility (always, sometimes, rarely, ...)?
Does that always. Tried updating, restarts, repairing Disk Permissions.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Want all .flac files to be .aiff, only some get converted. Want to use subdirectory search which doesn't work the way it should (preserves directory structures but doesn't find all files). Want original .flac files to be deleted, but they don't get.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Latest Version, 20120407 (140.0)

Already tried to see some pattern behind this, but all folders are named "Year - Album Title" (for example 2005 - Mass III). There are also folders with special characters in the title, but that doesn't make any difference - sometimes XLD finds the files in it, sometimes not. Just had a folder named like such a one above described, with 2 subfolders (named "Disc 1" and "Disc 2"), and it found only the files in Disc 1 to convert.
