This is a bug in .cue parser, will be fixed in the next update.
As a workaround please delete a whitespace at the beginning of a line #8 (FILE ...) of the .cue file.

Deleting a whitespace at the beginning of the first "FILE" line works perfectly.
I was in the same situation with about 10 albums and it worked for all.
