#398 FLAC Files Have Extra Tags

When converting from AIFF to FLAC the resulting FLAC file has two extra tags, TOTALDISCS and TOTALTRACKS. They contain the same information that is in the standard tags, DISCTOTAL and TRACKTOTAL

fre:ac - free audio converter does not exhibit this behaviour and only writes the tags DISCTOTAL and TRACKTOTAL.

Some players like TOTALDISCS and TOTALTRACKS, some like DISCTOTAL and TRACKTOTAL. So XLD writes both.
