What steps will reproduce the problem?

I expect to see the scheduled tracks come up in the application with the option to start, but I just get the error message

I've compared the cue file side-by-side with one that works, and I tried to make sure it was UTF-8 by opening it in textedit, selecting the always save as UTF-8 option in textedit preferences, and then closing it.

Your .cue is encoded with UTF-16, not UTF-8. XLD doesn't support UTF-16 cue sheet.

As far as I've tested converting to UTF-8 with TextEdit works properly.
