#3 reading and saving tags problems + patch

Reading some tags render some fields incorrect or cannot read at all, saving tags cause also problem when texts are bigger than some values. The problem is that xix MP is not using SynchSafe integers. The Attached patch fixes this. Another problem is that it supposed to produce v2.4 tags but it uses TYER and TORY for dates instead of TDRC and TDOR, the patch also fix that.
