Hi Ernst

I will be very happy to help with (3). I like the way XINS is
implemented and how easy it is to use - if only it would work with
XML-RPC it would be perfect. I would be glad to help with 1 and 2 as
well but because we have rather tight deadline atm I am afraid I won't
be able to find any time for it as I need to implement some quick
solution possibly using apache XML-RPC.
