#1 Unix Makefile

We need a linux makefile to be made, so that the
windows and unix versions can be kept more up to
date. I've seperated the release into Win32 and
Unix. If anyone can verify that the current source in
the "unix" dir runs on unix, or can make and save the
necessary modifications would be appreciated.
