[XGP-announce] XGP Version 1.1.1

I have just released version 1.1.1 of XGP. The major change is
fixing it to run with Max X 10.5.x (Leopard). Also, there is an  
implementation of "tools" for graphics windows.

This version does *not* yet  run on the Mac PPC platform.
