I ran some more tests on all my machines, without any problem to export the polars. The only reason I can see is that you do not have write access to the export directory. As the code is written, there is no warning in such a case. I'll correct this in the next version.

Can you double check? Seems to work fine on my computers. For instance, do you have the write access for the target directory?

I also see that I can not export all on my Win 10 x64 laptop.
Exact Steps:
Download XFLR5_v6.39_win64.zip.
Extract
Create folder polars
Load XFLR5.exe
Load dat file. (airfoiltools.com)
Analysis -> Batch Analysis
Batch variables -> Range - Reynolds 3,000 | 3300000 | 30000
Analysis Range -> Alpha 3.0 | 5.0 | 0.5
Analyze
Close
Polars -> Export all polars
Select polars folder -> Select folder.
Window closes and nothing is saved to the polars folder.
