#41 shares not shown from XP server

Although the shares listing is shown in the text output area, icons for the shares are not shown from an XP server. This makes selection of share for cifs mount a pain.
Previous tests for shares were conducted on linux samba servers, where no problem was detected. Perchance spaces in the XP shares might be screwing things up.

Problem identified. XP server is acting as master browser, but no publishing workgroup members (only the XP server). Perchance this happens 'cause it is running under vbox...

This is now fixed in GIT. Nonetheless:
1) The mount dialog called from the samba navigator fails to mount.
2) If the popup menu is summoned and navigation properties is selected, crash ensues.

Other issues detected:
1) crash on erasing a cifs host
2) unable to mount shares with spaces.

Issue with spaces on shares now fixed in git. Cannot reproduce the crash on erasing cifs host anymore. Might have been an incomplete build where problem occurred.

Pending:

1. When mount with server name does not work, (broken master browser) should be able to mount via IP. Might add IP field and use if defined.
2. uid, gid fields should be set on mount dialog from both cifs and samba plugins.
3. Modifications to cifs mount info via the samba plugin are not saved (only new items created).
4. Popup menu items for several fuse elements and icon with en==NULL are not coherent, showing actions which are not available.
