Hi,
I tried Xfe today, on an ux305fa laptop (3200px wide on 13" screen). I did set big fonts but found nothing for the icons…
As a coincidence, Sourceforge welcomes us today with the following message :
« High Resolution Project Icons
We now support high-resolution project icons for display on HiDPI screens. Go to your project's Admin → Metadata page and upload a high resolution version of your icon, so your project looks great everywhere. »
Seems a reasonnable feature request ^_^
Icons used in Xfe are PNG, so they are not resizable. Thus Xfe is not hidpi friendly. Sorry...
As I said elsewhere, I have an idea about how supporting HiDPI could be done in Xfe. I'll implement this soon...
This is now implemented in Xfe 1.44. Go to Edit / Preferences / Appearance and adjust the DPI value at your convenience.
