#153 freedesktop.org icons theme support

please add standard icon themes support.
creating icon themes in xfe is really difficult and icon themes are now a world wide accepted standards, that doesn't require any dependencies.

if adding such support is not an option, please at least follow the freedesktop.org naming specification for icon names.
this way to found corresponding icons in an existing theme will be straightforward and creating new xfe icon theme should be more simple.

I vote for this feature. With system wide icons it's easier to work in Xfe.

FYI, there's a patch available that aims solve this: https://sourceforge.net/p/xfe/patches/29/ (untested!).
