When I hit Ctrl+L to get into the location bar, Xfe crashes with a SIGSEGV in FxAccelTable::onKeyPress(). This is both with the version in the Ubuntu 24.04 repo and with a freshly built Xfe 2.0.
Hi, Ubuntu 24.04 Noble has an old Xfe 1.45 and indeed it crashes when pressing Ctrl-L. This bug was fixed in Xfe 1.46 (see https://sourceforge.net/p/xfe/bugs/274/).
The case is different for Xfe 2.0 : when pressing Ctrl-L you don't get a crash but Ctrl-L has no effect. That's a new bug. I fixed it and you can find an attached pre-version with the fix, if you want to test.
Sorry about the confusing error report. When I installed 2.0 into /opt (while keeping the Ubuntu version), I got an error message about the theme, chose another theme, and then took up the offer to restart xfe. That restarted into the old version.

Thanks, version 2.0.1 works. Very nice.
