#10 vnc shouldn't turn off DPMS

If the local X server currently has the monitor turned
off via DPMS, connecting to it via xf4vnc's vnc server
should leave DPMS enabled. If there was a way treat
keystrokes coming from a vnc client differently (so the
DPMS timer can ignore them), that would probably do the
trick.
