#21 boot option omitted when generating kvm cmdline

I get error like this:

ERROR : Unknown type, Ignoring boot d

which prevented the vm to boot via cdrom.

This can happen because "d" is a unicode and thus fails the isinstance(value, str) checking. Attached is a patch that modifies the checking to use isinstance(value, basestring) instead.
