#8 leftover user 'laptop' can su root

STICKY! there is a USER 'laptop' which I use to play
with XenDistro on my way to sleep, for the fact there
are no role-based accounts implemented yet it is
ALLOWED TO SU ROOT. You might want to check if I
forgot removing it during a release.

I have made it a fixed step in the release process to
delete the account, and the warning message is also listed
in /etc/XenDistro/BUGS
