When attempting to either convert or normalise .pst files Xena stops processing after extracting 37 emails from the .pst file (tested on 4 different .psts of widely varying size). Always stops at the same point. Sometimes there is an error message, sometimes not.
We will test to determine the point(s) of failure and determine what needs to be done to fix this bug.
Hello S. Walz. Can you please add a comment with the error message you receive when you do get an error message as this would greatly assist in resolving this issue.
There are over 100 lines of error messages. Perhaps I should email them to you.
