New:
- specify the end date and time of the enlistment period
- new field: Plan details/infos (description, free text)

PS: Don't be turned away by the low traffic on the trackers and/or the forum- most people tend to email me directly (don't do this- use the services provided by sourceforge!)- the system is in production use on multiple sites without any major hiccups.

I've just completed the SourceForge setup and uploaded the 1.0 release.
