#38 do not delete page if file no longer available

Currently, xdvi deletes the page and beeps if the dvi
file it shows disapeared and user clicked it. That can
be annoying if the file disapeared just momentarily, eg
during a run of latex.

It would be better if xdvi would give a warning instead
of deleting the page.

which has been resolved in the current CVS HEAD (note that
closed
feature requests will only appear if you select
`Status'->`Closed' in the query page). I'm leaving this open
for reference, until 22.76 is ready for release (maybe in a
few days ...)
