#9 Exception in thread

Observed behavior: Unhandled exception in a non-main
thread when XAFSGUI exits.

Expected behavior: No exception.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Start xafsgui using beamline.cfg and scans.xml from
`tests/mx/'.
2. Select the "test1" scan.
3. Perform the scan.
4. Exit the application.
