#4 Io input is not included in the scan

Submitted on behalf of Carlo Segre, who reported this
bug on 12/20/2004.

Observed behavior: The Io input was not included in the
scan file written by MX. Attempting to plot M0/Io
resulted in an unhandled exception.

Expected behavior: The Io input should be included in
the scan data written by MX and should be plottable.

Steps to reproduce
1. Start XAFSGUI on id1 at MR-CAT using the supplied
`scans.xml' scan database.
2. Select and run the "Ba EXAFS" scan.
3. Attempt to plot M0 in the numerator and Io in the
denominator.

This behavior could not be reporduced using the `tests/mx'
beamline.cfg and motor.dat. It will have to be tested at
the APS.
