JBoss 2.4, CMP version 1.x, spec 1.1

If datasource and typemapping isn't defined in
build.xml there are still datasource and typemapping
tags in jaws.xml but they are empty. It's not legal to
have those tags empty. The tags shouldn't be there at
all to use the jboss default values, which is whatäs
expected and wanted.

This bug is now fixed in CVS. Please checkout the latest code and
test it. If anything still goes wrong, please reopen the bug.
