#2 Replacement Login Screens

Hi Carl,
I like the updated version 0.12 so much that I'm in the
process of upgrading. Mainly because you can now choose
seperate databases.
Created these new login screens for myself and I would
like to contribute them to your projects (xdbcms &
xdbmoney). Just unzip and replace the index.html &
index2.html in the xdbcms directory.
