That's what postscripts are for... post installation customization of "stuff". Take a look at "hardeths" in /install/postscripts. You should be able to extend that to add a GATEWAY=. How to assign default gateway to the installed compute nodes? As of now they point to the management node, which I don’t want it to be. Q2. All of the computed nodes are installed off the NIC eth1, and the NIC eth0 is designated for public access. How do I setup my installation xCAT tables and/or Kickstart files to configure NIC eth0 to get a public IP from our public dhcp server(not the Management sever, which only provides private ip for compute nodes.). Q3. If I were to configure other applications or files on the installed compute node, what is the best way to do that using xCAT. Please advise!
