Category: Deployment-aix Group: 2.6 >Status: Pending >Resolution: Fixed Priority: 7 Private: No Submitted By: fang zheng (fangz8) >Assigned to: Bruce (bp-sawyers) Summary: There is no xCATsn in xCAT 2.6 snap build 2/22 Initial Comment: The new xCAT 2.6 snap build 2/22 for both AIX and Linux platforms I can not find xCATsn rpm in http://xcat.sourceforge.net/aix/devel/xcat-core/ ---------------------------------------------------------------------- >Comment By: Bruce (bp-sawyers) Date: 2011-02-25 05:02 Message: xCATsn does exist in the linux build. But for aix, i see what you mean. Not sure how that happened. I imagine it was when i moved the build over to the 6.1 build machine a few weeks ago, but what i did (i think) as the 1st build was: cd /build/devel/src/xcat-core ./buildcore.sh SVNUP=../svnup-all and the svnup-all file contains the line "U xCATsn/", so it should have been built. To fix it just now, i copied that line into svnup-some and ran: cd /build/devel/src/xcat-core ./buildcore.sh SVNUP=../svnup-some and the xCATsn rpm now exists. So i'm not sure what happened. We'll have to keep our eye on this. The 2.5 build seems to have xCATsn, and i thought i did the same process in both. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- You can respond by visiting: https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&atid=1006945&aid=3191876&group_id=208749 |
