[xcat-user] xcat2 error after install

Tried restarting but still I get the same error. Please see below.
[root@n1tlibrixmgr ~]# tabdump
Connection failure: IO::Socket::SSL: Timeout at
/opt/xcat/lib/perl/xCAT/Client.pm line 138.
[root@n1tlibrixmgr ~]# service xcatd status
xCAT service is running
[root@n1tlibrixmgr ~]# service xcatd restart
Stopping xCATd [ OK ]
Starting xCATd Shutting down vsftpd: [ OK ]
Starting vsftpd for vsftpd: [ OK ]
[ OK ]
[root@n1tlibrixmgr ~]# tabdump site

[root@n1tlibrixmgr ~]# netstat -nap |grep xcat

[root@n1tlibrixmgr ~]#
I used to have xcat1.3 running on this management server before, I stopped
xcat, atftpd, dhcp and dns services and removed the dir from /opt/xcat and
then installed xcat2.0.2, Is this something to do with xcat1.3 installation
?
I tried installed xcat2.0.2 on another node and it works fine.
There is no way to solve this error with out rebuilding the management node
?
Please advice.
