#177 The problems and enhancement for Xone Phi support

xCAT finished the first round of Xeon Phi support at Nov of 2013. After that we did not see the future enhancement for Xeon Phi in a short period. But we still have several bugs for it, since we lost the dev environment of Xeon Phi, I put these bugs in this feature request to indicate that we will fix them if we get into another round of dev for Xeon Phi.
