#4263 Some packages in pkglist file are not exist in RHEL7

Checking the pkglist file /opt/xcat/share/xcat/netboot/rh/compute.rhels7.x86_64.pkglist, there are one package named "procps". This package is not existed on RHEL7 os, the new package is named "procps-ng".
