This issue caused by the rpm perl-IO-Socket-SSL which shipped with ISO, xCAT has rebuilt this package in xcat-dep. Since 'perl-IO-Socket-SSL' in the xcat-dep cannot be installed automatically, we need to doc that customer needs to install this package by themselves.

I rebuilt the perl-IO-Socket-SSL-1.77 for both x86_64 and ppc64 for sles10. The new rpm packages have been put in the gsa and them will be included in the next xcat-dep tar build.
