#3644 PMR 65683:rinstall does not support provmethod=osimagename

PMR 65683,077,724 - rinstall fail
customer L, service Saul.

Customer noticed that rininstall does not work on their system ( 2.7.6). Has been told it is a limitation. We did fix this in 2.8.2. If we do not decide to fix in 2.7.8 for Customer, then could we at least add a check that gives an error, if you try to run it with provmethod defined as osimagename.

Put check in that osimage name is not supported.

I synced the "rinstall" script and its manpage of xCAT 2.8 into xCAT 2.7.8.

I make some little modification as "nodeset <node> osimage" is not supported in 2.7 while "nodeset <node> osimage=..." is supported.
