#3058 xCAT-IBMhpc failed to install

RH6, system x. xCAT 2.8
I am updating my mn to xCAT 2.8 and got the following error:
Error: Package: 4:xCAT-IBMhpc-2.8-snap201208302240.noarch (xcat-2-core)
Requires: /usr/bin/ksh
You could try using --skip-broken to work around the problem

I then installed ksh.x86_64 on the mn and still got the same error. Then I found out that ksh.x86_64 has /bin/ksh not /usr/bin/ksh.

Do we really need ksh? We are supposed to use #!/bin/sh for any shell scripts not ksh.

Fixed with revision 13818 in 2.7.5 and 13737 in 2.8.

removed the ksh scripts in Linux build.
