#2595 warning mesg is given for dhcp detect duplicate address

Here is the kernel that I used for boot over hfi
hfi_ndai-1.7.4-0.el6.ppc64

When I boot cn from hfi, I get following messages

Still work with LTC team to find out what's the behavior of DHCP on RHEL6.2.

Also we will provide one option for getmacs to disable HFI mac address failover, which could resolve this problem.

Added an option to getmacs so that getmacs will write one mac address by default. If customers wants HFI mac failover and supports multiple mac addresses, they are specify "-M" option to getmacs.
