The build is 0317 xcat2,4. Under /opt/xcat/share/xcat/netboot/<os> dir, a file named <profile>,postinstall can be used to change the rootimg when running ./genimage, It's helpful for user to set some autostart services, but the plinux and statelite guides haven't mentioned it, I think it should be added into the statelite guide around the 2.8 . Thanks.</profile></os>
The /install/custom/netboot/sles/compute.sles11.postinstall can overhead the one in /opt/xcat/share/xcat/netboot/<os>, and I know other postinstall files named like <profile>.<os>.<arch>.postinstall, <profile>.<os>.postinstall and <profile>.<arch>.postinstall or <profile>.postinstall, they have different priority, so which one will effect when we have them at the same time? I suggest make this clear in the guide.</profile></arch></profile></os></profile></arch></os></profile></os>
Yan Feng,
I do not think the doc updates can be a priority 7 bug. Changing it to priority 5, if you do not agree with this, please let me know.
I have updated the document.
It has been added into 2.4 0429 build, thx.
